Ryan Scott, Store Manager

Ryan grew up in the business under the leadership of his father, Henry.  He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and loves sports of all sorts.  He especially loves football.  Ryan is very detailed oriented and meticulous in his work.

Kelly Brown, Account Executive

Kelly is an Interior Designer with over 15 years of experience.  Kelly is very adaptable, whether you need help creating a new look or vision for your home/office or you need assistance bringing your vision to life.  Bring her your fabrics, wallpaper and paint colors and she will help you find the perfect rug, carpet, backsplash or stair runner.  In her spare time, Kelly enjoys hiking and reading.

Thomas Richardson, Account Executive

Thomas has been in the flooring business since he was 2 years old – literally.  He started visiting Ray, his dad,  during Carpet One By Henry stair installations.  When Thomas was old enough, he started helping his dad with stair installations for the Carpet One By Henry family. 

After high school, Thomas started his Carpet One By Henry career in the warehouse.  After college, we convinced him to stay on and move to the sales side of the operation, which is where he currently is. 

His installation experience has made selling a breeze because he can discuss flooring issues at ease, with his customers.When Thomas is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie and listening to music.  They also enjoy Do-It-Yourself projects on their home.

Laurie Newcomb, Interior Designer

Laurie, another staff Designer, is well-traveled and has lived in the triad for the past nine years. She attended Florida Atlantic University, where she was a member of the Golf team. She has her Interior Design Certificate and has been making homes beautiful for the past seven years. She’s excellent with colors, textiles, and design.  Her passion is the key to her success.  When she’s not working, she enjoys watching and playing sports with her family.
